At The Pendennis, we believe wedding planning should feel exciting not financially overwhelming.
Our monthly payment plan allows couples to spread payments evenly over time while securing their date and enjoying a seamless planning experience.
Booking Deposit: 30%
Due at contract signing

Locks in the venue rate
Non-refundable
Monthly Payments: Remaining 70%
After the initial deposit, the remaining balance is divided into equal monthly payments based on the time remaining until the wedding.
Payments can be billed monthly via e-transfer (we will set up an auto-request)
Or, via credit card, they can be auto-scheduled with a 3.5% processing fee
Final payment of remaining balance is due thirty days prior to the wedding date
Example:
A $15,000 wedding package requires a $4,500 deposit at booking. The remaining $10,500 is divided into equal monthly payments based on the booking timeline.
For weddings booked fewer than nine months in advance, the remaining balance is divided evenly across the available months. The final payment is still due thirty days prior to the wedding.

Payment schedules are outlined in your contract. A payment plan must be selected at the time of booking or traditional timelines apply.
