Parking:

There is parking to the north and east of the building, as well as street parking in front. Please note, there is no free parking in the area.

There is no overnight parking past 8am (please check your meter to confirm, the rules are different for every parking lot)

Smoking:

Absolutely no smoking inside the building. Please respect smoking rules when smoking outside. If the fourth floor is rented as well, the smoking terrace is upstairs on the north side (not the south balcony). Please throw out all cigarette butts into the appropriate receptacle.

Bathrooms:

If only the third floor is included in your booking: All bathrooms are located in the basement of the building. The elevator will take you there directly. There are gender neutral, accessible, private, bathrooms a short walk past the standard bathrooms and on the left. The stairs by the cocktail bar take you directly there.

If the third floor and fourth floor is included in your booking: There are three bathrooms located on the fourth floor in the Flex Room, and another 15 in the basement. There is a changing table in the fourth floor bathroom.

Security

There are security in the building at 9:00 pm. If you’d like to be walked to your car, feel free to ask, they are happy to help.
