Wedding Consultation, Walk-through & Rehearsal Info

Wedding Consultation

Meet with our CEO and Event Manager for a one-hour consultation. During this session, we will review all questionnaires and layouts to assist you with key planning decisions. Consultations can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance.

Walk-through

Walk-throughs can be scheduled up to 3 months and a minimum of 50 days in advance and last 1.5 hours. You must submit all questionnaires, layouts, and food & beverage packages before you can book the walk-through. The last 30 minutes are to take photos, visualize your layout, or simply soak in the space and dream about your big day. If any of your vendors have questions, especially your DJ, since our venue includes multiple rooms and levels, they're more than welcome to join during the last 30 minutes as well. To book, simply send us a couple of your preferred dates and times (be sure to check your vendor’s availability too if they’re joining), and we’ll coordinate with your designated Venue Coordinator to confirm your time slot. We can’t wait to help bring your wedding vision to life!

Rehearsal

Rehearsals can be booked starting 30 days before your wedding date and after you have completed all of your questionnaires. This wonderful opportunity to walk through your ceremony with your wedding party, officiant, and anyone else involved in the flow of the day. Rehearsals are 1 hour long for our Platinum package. Please note that rehearsals cannot be scheduled on Fridays and are subject to availability, as other events may be happening in the space. To request your rehearsal, just send us a couple of preferred dates and times (within that 30-day window), and we’ll work with your Coordinator to lock in the best available option.

The Venue Coordinator

Your Pendennis Venue Coordinator is your dedicated on-site expert, here to support you at your Walk Through, your Rehearsal, and, of course, your wedding day. They handle the setup of all Pendennis items, including tables, chairs, candles, and venue décor, ensuring everything is arranged according to your custom layout and vision. From lighting candles and managing room transitions to coordinating with vendors and unlocking doors, your Coordinator works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Whether it’s helping your ceremony flow without a hitch or making sure your reception is set to perfection, they’re there to bring the details together, so you can focus on enjoying your day. Please note, the Pendennis sets up items owned by the company. Any personal belongings must be arranged and cleaned by your crew, unless you have chosen our Set Up &/or Clean Up service.

At your Walk Through, your Pendennis Coordinator will have all your submitted questionnaires and layout plans printed and ready to go, so you can walk through every part of your wedding day together. This is your chance to review the flow, catch any missing details, and make sure everything feels just right! In order to book your Walk Through, all wedding details must be submitted in advance so your Coordinator can guide you through them effectively. Still finalizing a few things? No worries! You’re welcome to email our admin team with questions or attend one of our Sunday Open Houses to get a visual feel for the space. After your walk-through, you can still make adjustments, just make sure all final details are submitted no later than 30 days before your big day.
