Private Chef Tasting Experience — In the Cocktail Bar

We are now hosting an exclusive private chef’s tasting menu inside the intimate setting of our cocktail bar. Expect a multi-course experience designed around seasonal ingredients, bold flavours, and thoughtful pairings—each dish complemented by wine paired specifically for the menu.

Minimum 8 to a maximum 32 guests

What to expect:
– Seasonal, multi-course tasting menu by our Red Seal Chef
– A welcome glass of prosecco
– 6 guests seated per table

– Two and a half hours for dinner
– Wine pairings
– A guided, elevated dining experience

Price per person $150/pp Chef’s plate including 5 courses

Additions:

Cocktail Hour

– Includes a welcome cocktail

– Additional 45 min before dinner

– 3 hors d’eouvres (one hot)

– $30/pp for food for appetizers hour

Add a Private Cocktail Bartender

– $500 + price of cocktails

– Up to 8 cocktails available to be served
