Weddings
We offer three Wedding Packages to keep things simple:
The Platinum Package: Relax, let us take care of it, the 3rd floor is yours with the ceremony and reception in our ballroom, a three hour turnover, and dancing all night in the cocktail bar.
The Platinum + 4th Floor Package: Enjoy our iconic patio for your ceremony followed by your cocktail hour and lawn games. No turnover for your guests, it’s straight from cocktail hour to the reception.
The Luxury Package: Everything from the Platinum Package + Fourth Floor plus extended hours, our in-house speakers, a Prosecco toast for your guests, and more. There’s luxury in every detail.
All packages include a required Bar Minimum Spend. The Minimum spend is $1,000.00 on a Thursday, $1,500.00 on a Friday or Sunday, and $3,000 on a Saturday.

*Turnover is the time between the ceremony and reception where the guests leave and the room “turns over” from the ceremony layout to the reception layout. We unfortunately cannot accommodate guests during the turnover period.

The wedding package pricing does not include bar services, but don’t let that stop you from having the time of your life.
We have two wonderful packages to choose from, all with a minimum spend of $3,000.00 to book with The Pendennis on a Saturday from May until December.
Choose your Signature Cocktails, service style, and the hours the bar is open. Have the bar your way. Toonie bar, tickets, or cash.*
