Working closely with Pendennis’ event coordinators, our culinary team ensures that food and service integrate perfectly with the flow of your event. The result is a refined, cohesive experience where every detail—from presentation to timing—is expertly orchestrated.

We love food in all its forms. From vibrant action stations and caviar paired with prosecco to simple sliders, perfectly executed truffle mashed potatoes, and refined plated dining, the possibilities are wonderfully diverse. A Note from the Chef
My name is Tamara Solon, Head Chef of The Culinary Architects, the in-house catering division of The Pendennis.
I have worked in the culinary industry for over twelve years, building my career in professional kitchens and refining my approach to thoughtful, ingredient-driven cuisine. For the past decade, I was part of the team at Dine Chartier, where I developed a deep appreciation for seasonal cooking, classic technique, and the importance of creating food that brings people together.
I am a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) Culinary Arts program and hold my Red Seal certification, a standard that reflects my commitment to craftsmanship and professional excellence in the kitchen.
At The Culinary Architects, my focus is on creating menus that feel both refined and approachable—food that enhances the atmosphere of an event and leaves guests with lasting memories. Whether designing an elegant plated dinner, interactive culinary stations, or relaxed gathering menus, the goal is always the same: exceptional food, thoughtfully prepared.
