Public parking abounds to the north and east of the building, and there is street parking on Jasper Ave.
The main entrance is through the front double doors and access to our floors is through the elevator or stairs

VENUE RENTAL RATES
This rate includes the 3 or 4th floor, a venue coordinator.
The rates listed do not include a minimum bar spend, staffing, clean up. or rentals.
Rates start at $500 for a half day (4 hours) and $750 for up to 8 hours.
The rate includes the space and a venue coordinator.
Bar minimum spend ranges depending on the hours open, bar package selected, number of locations of service, and number of bartenders.
(If you are a non-profit, a 25% discount for non-profits may apply during the week, subject to approval. We have a limited number of spots for this, please apply with the Event Manager)
