The Almost Unlimited* Bar
How it works:
Essentially, your bar bill is included in the price of the Legacy Package.
How can we do it?
We apply a $5,000 allotment from your Legacy Package to your Almost Unlimited bar spend.
What makes this unique, is that we charging you cost. Which is less than what you pay for alcohol at the liquor store.
Why do we do it?
We are a business, which means we need to make a profit, and we need to follow rules. However, the profit doesn’t need to be at the expense of our clients peace of mind. Our clients talked of the uncertainty of not knowing how much the bar will cost. We listed, got creative, and designed this package.
Now, your wedding day alcohol consumption can include up to $5,000.00 worth of cocktails, wine, hi-balls, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, without incurring any additional costs for you. That’s over 1,000 drinks.
The general drink consumption calculation people use for a wedding is:
1 drink per hour + 1 drink. So, for 6 hours of the bar being open, assume your guests will drink 7 drinks.

We have designed an excellent meal specifically for this package. The price is $75/pp

Pricing for the dinner is per guest and not included in the package price.

Rules and Regulations:
The package price does not include 18% gratuity or gst.
To book this package, the dinner must be booked through The Culinary Architects.
Minimum catering spend of $65/guest.
The cost of alcohol consumed cannot be more than $5,000.00.
Gratuity for the bar staff is based on the regular pricing of all drinks, not the cost being applied to the package.
To book this package, a 25% deposit must be paid plus a signed contract for The Legacy Package and The Culinary Architects.
A two hour rehearsal is included in this package. The rehearsal is subject to availability. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory date and time for the couple, no refunds or discounts apply.
There are no discounts in case of poor weather.
The remainder owing will be broken down into monthly payments and must be paid in full 30 days before the wedding day.
If this package is provided at a discount, the alcohol allotment will be discounted at the same rate. (Ex. if the package is discounted by 50%, the $5,000 allotment becomes $2,500.)
The Almost Unlimited* Bar
Exceptions and Regulations:
This package follows all Alberta laws and regulations and will change in accordance with any AGLC regulations.
The Almost Unlimited bar package is only available when you book the Legacy Package
The alcohol for this package must be from our Classic Menu.
This rate does not include 18% gratuity for staff (calculated based on our regular pricing).
To book this package, the dinner must be booked through The Culinary Architects.
The cost of alcohol consumed cannot be more than $5,000.00 (or whichever amount is included in your package).
To use this package, the bar must be a host or toonie bar.
A honeymoon or tip jar may be put out but the couple may not charge a per drink amount to profit from the bar.
If the couple wishes to charge per drink, the Legacy Package will be discounted by $5,000 and the bar offerings and options will revert to the regular offerings.
Any alcohol consumed after the cost of the bar consumption for the event hits $5,000.00 will be charged at full price.
