Explore our inventory to see the measurements, quantities, and details for the items we offer. Most of our pieces are included in the Luxury Wedding Package, and within each section you’ll find clear notes indicating which package the items belong to.

Where applicable, we’ve also included pricing, along with information about what is included in our setup and teardown services. If there is anything you will need to supply yourself—such as candles, which are not provided by The Pendennis—it will be clearly noted in the item description.

This guide is designed to help you easily understand what is available and how each piece can be used in your event design.

How It Works

  1. Pick Your Package

Create your package by clicking on the left side for the Category. For weddings, please go to Wedding Packages, for anything else, go to Corporate packages. Select your package and “Add to cart or Purchase”.

2. Select Your Decor

Once you have your package, you will see a category that is for that package. Ex. The Luxury Package has more items included than the Platinum Package, and the Classic Package doesn’t include decor, so all those items will have a price related to them. Add items to your cart, then go to your cart and adjust quantities based on the number of guests or tables you will have.

3. Plan Your Bar

Having a bar at your event? Plan your budget by adding how many guests you’d expect to attend. This will be corrected after the event once consumption is calculated. This option is to help with planning and budgeting.

4. Extras Like AV + Dinnerware

We provide some AV, Linens, and dinnerware that can be rented as a package, or as individual items, depending on what you need! Add these items to your cart, then go to cart to adjust the quantities. Please note, we provide very limited tech support, and only for our own AV equipment.

5. Checkout

Click the cart button on the top right once you are done adding items to your cart. You’ll be taken to an Order Summary page where you can make final adjustments to the quantities. Add your e-mail address and event date on the left.

6. Save as PDF + Email it

Once all the details are in, if your contract is signed and date confirmed to be available, you can either pay for everything in advance and proceed to payment, or print this page and save it as a PDF, or screenshot it, and e-mail it to our team! This works if you’ve already booked us and want to add items to your package, or to select decor for your event prior to your Walk Through. Happy Planning!
