How does it work?
We set it up for the Groom and his crew in the morning so it’s ready when your Venue Rental begins. The guys have access to a semi-private space for the morning. An hour before the ceremony, if you are getting married on the balcony, we remove the extra items (mirror, coat rack, beer, couches) and clean up. Typically at this point, the couple is getting their first look, doing family photos, or out of the venue getting their portraits.
Planning to stay on site and having your ceremony on the balcony? The space will no longer be private as the guests will have access to the Flex Space. We can leave the couches set up, but the space becomes accessible to everyone, including our bar team who will need to set up the bar.
